My favorite incarnation is Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, a television show starring Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher which ran for four seasons from 1993 to 1997. Though it has been more than ten years, this show has a large fan following in fanfiction, fanart, and music videos.
